AIMS & SCOPE
Advancing Infection Prevention Science in South Asia
The journal is committed to spreading awareness and encouraging rigorous research in the prevention and management of healthcare-associated infections, while promoting the rational, evidence-based use of antimicrobials in human infections.
Recognising the significant gap in published scientific literature on infection prevention in the Indian subcontinent and South Asian region, JPSIC provides an authoritative platform for experts across clinical specialties to share strategies, guidelines, and best practices related to patient safety and infection prevention and control.
To cultivate a sustainable culture of safety in healthcare — grounded in practical, evidence-based methods applicable across all tiers of care, from community clinics to quaternary care centres.
